For home improvement services, the return window begins from the completion date of the service. For products, the window starts from the delivery date. We recommend inspecting all delivered items immediately and contacting us within 48 hours if you notice any issues.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet specific conditions that ensure fairness for all parties involved. These requirements help us maintain quality standards and protect both our business and future customers.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no charge, including covering return shipping costs. Please report defective items within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

Size or Specification Changes

For non-custom items, we may accommodate exchanges for different sizes or specifications. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the new item must be available in stock. Price differences may apply.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, email us with your order number, item details, and reason for exchange. We’ll provide specific instructions and shipping information for your situation.

Gift Purchases

Items purchased as gifts have special return considerations to protect both the gift giver and recipient while maintaining privacy and flexibility.

Direct Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. This credit can be used for future purchases or converted to a gift certificate upon request.

Indirect Gift Returns

If the gift giver purchased the item and gave it to you later, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser. We will notify the original purchaser about the return as required by our payment processing policies.
